There's one last big Chinatown celebration today — from 5 to 10 p.m. at the Chinatown Cultural Plaza — to ring in the Year of the Dog, which begins tomorrow.

The 57th annual Narcissus Festival Chinatown Open House offers lion dances, a bazaar of food, arts and crafts, and entertainment.

It's free. See www.chinatownhi.com.
