JAMES WILLIAM DORTON, 54, of Kailua, Kona, Hawai'i, died Feb. 7, 2006. Born in Kentucky. Owner and operator of All Pacific Surveys Ltd.; certified marine surveyor with NAMS, SNAME and IAMI. Survived by wife, Lin; brothers, Larry and Bob Brown; hanai brothers, Jay and Larry Wodarski.
