TONIGHT'S MUST-SEE

"In Justice," 8 p.m., ABC. If you're not into the Olympics, this is the time to catch this series, rippling with passion and idealism. A team of lawyers seek second chances for people they feel were wrongly convicted. Tonight, the team tries to stop the execution of a mentally deficient man convicted of killing the priest who gave him shelter.

OF NOTE

"Dancing With the Stars," 7 p.m., ABC. The field will be trimmed to three couples.

"Ghost Whisperer," 7 p.m., CBS. In a rerun, a dead man doesn't want to cross over until he learns who received his transplanted heart.

"Close to Home," 8 p.m., CBS. This rerun has a 6-year-old boy missing. Neighbors are soon accusing each other.

"Numb3rs," 9 p.m., CBS. In a rerun, Colin Hanks (Tom's son) plays a rival math genius accusing Charlie of making a mistake in his most important theory.
